To Harry's surprise, Ginny's face flushed. She looked down at the ground and then up at Harry before turning to her mother.

[McGonagall's Cat]

"What does it say?" she asked keeping her voice as level and non-committal as she could.

[Azgard]

"I think you know very well what it says, why don't you tell me?"
They could all see that Molly was on the verge of one of her infamous upsets and wanted nothing more than to be anywhere else, but they were also curious to know what the Ginny had done to attract the attention of the M.O.M..

[McGonagall's Cat]

"He deserved it, the pompous pratt!" Ginny replied defiantly.

"Your brother has a very good position with the Ministry and does NOT deserve to be undermined by his own family!" her mother began, voice rising every few words.

[lupinsmyman]

"I can't believe you're actually defending him. After all he's done to this family, he might as well have became a Death Eater!" Ginny yelled, her face turning red.

[McGonagall's Cat]

The plates from the sideboard began scuttling to safer places and the hands on the clock seemed to shiver as Ginny and Molly stood there shouting at eachother.

"E-nuff!" screamed a voice from the doorway. "Eet ees my wedding coming soon and thees shouting ees desturbing the energy of eet! You will turn it into a very sad event eef you keep thees up!"

[lupinsmyman]

"Shut up!" Ginny and Molly yelled together.

Fluer's face turned a very Weasley-worthy shade of red and she snatched up the roll of parchment from the table before anyone could protest.

[McGonagall's Cat]

Harry was certain he could see steam curling from her ears, and glanced around the room for a safe place to duck into for cover. He noticed that Fred and George, for all their size and energy, seemed to become insubstantial, almost invisible, as they shrank back against the far wall.

"Don't you dare read that!" Ginny snapped, but it was too late.
Fluer unrolled the parchment and began to speak in a very proper voice.
"To ze parents of Ginerva Weasly. Eet 'as come to my attention zat your daughter ees--"

BANG!

[Harry Riddle]

The whole house shook, window panes broke, and the table that Fluer was next to went five feet into the air and crashed down on her.

"AAarRggHh!! "

Then - silence. For a few moment no one moved. Ginny ran from the room when she saw what she had done. Fluer was after her before anyone else realized what had happened.

[Department_of_My...]

The two of them thundered down the hallway, made the turn by swinging around the newell post one-handed, and pounded up the stairs.

Molly dashed after them, stopping near the bottom step. She whipped out her wand from under her apron and shouted, "Accio Ministry letter!" The parchment came flying to her hand, though the footfalls above continued for a few more paces until it sounded as though both sets stumbled and fell somewhwere above. "Down here, NOW, Ginevra! You, too..." but her voice trailed off as she realized the error of attempting to order Fleur to do anything. Instead she resolutely moved closer to the window in the sittingroom to read the piece of parchment more easily.

[McGonagall's Cat]

Molly's eyes quickly scanned the letter before any more interuptions could occur.




To the Parents of Ginevra Weasley ~

It has come to our attention that your daughter is quite adept at certain Spells, most notably The Bat Bogey Hex. The Ministry wishes to encourage natural talents such as she has shown, and channel those talents into productive uses for the future of our world.

Accordingly, Miss Ginervra M. Weasley is invited to participate in our summer program for Select and Promising Young Magical People. Under the auspices of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement several Honour Camps will be held the final week of July and first two weeks of August. Participants will be exposed to Ministry approved curriculum designed to optimally shape their abilities and encourage smart career choices. The contacts they make at these gatherings will be invaluable during their lifetimes!

"More Ministry propaganda," she muttered rolling it closed. Then turning away from the window she shouted, "Ginny! Here! Now! What exactly did you do to your brother?"

At first no one answered, then came a small thump and a loud bang, a small groan, a bang again, a muffled "Yow!", then silence.

"Coming," groaned Ginny. "Ow-ow-ow-" Ginny came into view, limping.

"I'm ashamed of you!" said Mrs. Weasley. "Attacking your sister-in-law, breaking the table and probably wrecking the upstairs!"

"And putting Fleur to sleep," said Ginny.

"She out cold I bet!" cried Mrs. Weasley.

"If she dies can I have my room back?" asked Ginny.

"GINEVRA WEASLEY!" thundered Mrs. Weasley.

"Only jokin' Mum,” said Ginny in a very small voice.
