I keep running into things that don't really fit under some of the other headings... here's another one: Someone from SnitchSeeker sent me to this site, and this is cute! http://www.jerrythefrogproductions.com/ChamberOfSecrets.html

I just read the whole puppet show!!! I'm sure if I weren't running on four hours of sleep I would have laughed the entire way through it, as it was I was laughing quite a bit. I found this one on SnitchSeeker a while ago, it's very funny. http://www.eviltrailmix.com/extra/Potter.swfOn a non-HP note, what's the big deal about football? I come from a town full of huge chiefs fans (KC) and my friend was close to tears tonight when they lost, and personally I couldn't care less! I have to go comfort her now, there's a window across the courtyard from my room that has a sign that says 'GO CHIEFS 9-0' I guess she'll have to take it down now.

As to football: It's because they don't have Quidditch. We should feel sorry for them.

I do feel sorry for them, a whole huge city full of people that haven't felt the joys of Quidditch, I shall have to do my best to educate them over the summer.
I also have another question, what time is everyone here on, I get confused whenever I post because it's the wrong time and I think I'm late for something or I think I have loads of time when I really don't. I'm on Central time, I think it's called, I'm not sure, I just know that it's the one for the midwest. (Why is it called the mid west? technically we are further east than some states, so why is it the MID west, why not the mid EAST, or is that too close to the middle east and they didn't want us to get confused with it, even though it's more correct). Wow, I'm rambling again, I'm going to shut up now.

ya, it does help, I've travelled across the US quite a bit, so I suppose I should know how time zones work, but obviously the same part of my brain that won't allow me to learn my left from my right, has affected my ability to learn time zones as well. I seriously cannot tell my left from my right, it made the person giving me the driving test very upset. I will now go set the time so that it is correct, Yay!

Don't sweat it, ronsmyman. Left and right are not important as long as you can tell your "louie" from your "rosco."
More about football: I like to watch it occasionally, but I'd rather play it. Actually, I'd rather play soccer more than anything else (except quidditch!) but most non-Europeans don't appreciate it as much as they should.

Cool site, I'll have to look at it more later (how do you find these things? I'm jealous)!
This has absolutely nothing to do with anything else, but I watched Kindergarten Cop on Saturday (for those who don't know, it a hilarious Arnold Schwarzenegger-boy, I totally murered that spelling- movie from around 1990). Anyway, Arnold has a pet ferret and at the end, the ferret lunges at the bad guy and bites him on the neck like the evil white rabbit in Monty Python. It amused me greatly and I thought I'd pass it on to you all.

I watched that movie once- but only because it was one of the worst days of my life. I sat there staring at the screen not really comprehending what it was about and all, with my family milling around and giving random hugs and stuff. It may not be very charitable of me- but I HATE that movie now... never DID like Schwarzenegger - and I'm Austrian, so I should... but I don't.

That's sad, it's actually a pretty funny movie, but if the day you watched it is what it sounds like, then I'm sorry and I can understand why you would hate it now.
On another brighter note, I am Ferret Fantastic!!! I didn't know the cool little pictures changed too! It's very exciting for me. I'm going to go stare at it now.

Wow, she is talented, I wonder what else she can do. Is she a witch, with magical powers as well?
