Is ther going to be a "round two subs" category to post in like in round one, or are we just posting submissions in the generic "round two" section?

Thanks! Yours was really great too! I really liked the dialogue! yes.gif

I thought I wouldn't make it in time for this round since I came back from my holiday yesterday. I'm glad I did though. It's been fun writing this. biggrin.gif

I'm really glad you made it in time too! I've been checking back for days to see new submissions, I was so excited to be able to read a sub other than my own!

This really tickled me from Jan's for some reason:

Just jump right in Lissy! The cool part about PF is that we are less competitive than supportive. Everybody here wants everyone else to do well.

Lissy don't feel shy about anything! If there's one thing I love about this community is the feeling of how everyone is a part of the group, including new members. I'm sure you can bring forth some really great entries, both for this Duel, and in all the threads on the board. smile.gif

I'm just wondering, because I hope I haven't mixed something up, in the US HBP, does Harry's detention take place every Saturday? Because all your stories seem to take place late in the evening or at night. unsure.gif Just wondering...

No, the detention in the US edition is at 10 on Saturday mornings, but I think we're all just following the first winning sub which said 8 o clock anyway, so we all just continued to take liberties with the date and time of the detention (I think)

Don't be shy Lissy! The more particpants the better. Everyone here at PF brings there own specialness to the table during duels. There is no good or bad here. You won't find a more supportive place than PF anywhere in HP Fandom.

If you're still nervous, one of us is always willing to beta your submission before you put it up. When I first came here, that's what I did and it made me feel alot more confident. PM is if you need us!

Round Two voting has ended!

Congratulations Cherabela for The Oddball's Eye!

Detention Duel - Round Two results:

QUOTE
Title and  Score
The Oddball's Eye 8.00
Instructions Through the Grape Vine 7.75
The Other Records 7.75
Private Lessons 7.50

Thanks to everyone who participated! Now, on to Round Three!

This is a perfect example of why it is so important to vote! The scoring was so close that a single vote could completely rearrange the positions of every one of these!
