Student Schedules for Hogwarts Journeys, Year One: My Name is James

Each house page is a core class schedule. The Word and PDF files contain all houses for the entire year, one house per page. Single period classes have all four houses present. The houses in double periods are listed one after the other, while the slots are color coded to indicate the subject.

Note: These are core classes only! I have not yet incorporated the 3rd - 5th year optional classes. 6th and 7th year classes are those I feel fairly certain will be offered on an advanced level, but may change when HBP hits the market! If you find any errors or omissions, please notify me so I can correct them.

Staff Schedules for Hogwarts Journeys, Year One: My Name is James

Each web page contains the class schedule for one professor. Single period classes have all four houses present. The houses in double periods are listed together. The slots are color coded to indicate the year, although the year is included in the class description.

Note: Core class instructors have very little free time during normal teaching hours!

Downloadable schedule viewer for Hogwarts Journeys, Year One: My Name is James

All class schedules, whether for a student or a professor are available in the two posts immediately above this one. They are also available in a small display program which is, in zipped form, here; save it to your computer and extract the two files. Place the .ocx file in the c:\windows\system32 folder, and the executable wherever you want. I keep a shortcut to it in a folder called Hogwarts Journeys on my desktop.

When you run the program, it will pop up in a separate window. Just click on the 'View Schedule' button. That will load the year one data, and display the Astronomy professor's schedule, and the First year Gryffindor schedule. After that, just click on the class to display another instructor's week, or choose any combination of year and house to see the individualized schedules. There is a notepad in the top center portion of the form, to make comments, reminders, or whatever while reviewing the information. This vanishes when you close the program, so be certain to copy and paste into something else if you wish to save your work.

I have not included any of the third year additional studies, since I didn't think they were germaine at this point, nor have I put anything into 6th and 7th years other than what I considered the core subjects, that is, those that I was certain were available for N.E.W.T. level work.

Please let me know if you use the program and have any problems with it. If you find it useful, and would like changes made, please let me know that as well.

Schedule of Events for
Hogwarts Journeys, Year One: My Name is James

The calendar used to create this event schedule is an invariant calendar designed for use in the Hogwarts Journeys series. It always has the term starting on Monday, Sep 2, and other magical community alterations. The discerning viewer will quickly discover how this effect is achieved, but is reminded that Section 13.637.b.2.(I) of the Authors Idiosyncratic Revelation Code prohibits dissemination of this information to unauthorized personnel.

Addendum, Lily Potter & Duke Dursley:

According to the latest installment of Chapter 9, Lily tutors Duke on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. (Lily has Astronomy Tuesdays 19:00-20:00 & Thursdays 22:00-24:00 ; Duke has Astronomy Wed. 22:00-24:00 & Thurs. 19:00-20:00)

So any 'marauding' (Lily) or secret work for Lockhart (Duke) gets done around these times, unless the pair agree to skip certain sessions. I've left the tutoring times open, so we can work around it better.
