I've called dibbs on Potions class. I'd like to write to the point where Krum enlists James to help him with the Draught of Peace stockpile for the Hospital Wing.

If someone else has started this or wants to, let me know and I'll back off.

I've finished the beginning of Chapter X and PM'd it to StarWalker to go over it for me, but thought I'd post it as-is right away and get other feedback. I'm a little concerned that I've paid too much attention to the Aconite thing. Readers might think it's more important than it is. I can't remember, did Clyde's potion in the ICoM Duel have any aconite in it? Maybe it should have.

Anyway, go, read.. nitpick and let me know of any changes any of you would make.

While you're beta-ing, could I suggest that this:

Serena felt almost popular with her dorm mates as they sat near her and Penelope on the grass to preview drying and Leviosa charms with the rest of the Gryffindors. She made a special effort to pay attention and be quieter than usual.

is a POV problem - I like the development of Serena's character, but it puts us in Serena's mind instead of James'. Could it be reworded so that either she "seems" this way to James or says something to that effect?
