I'm not sure whether or not Harold is a wizard, I suppose it is possible as he is three and he will not receive a Hogwarts letter until he's eleven, so we all have eight long years to wait before we find out whether or not he's a wizard. I simply introduced him because I thought it would be entertaining in my parody.
