Celtic Artifacts? I don't know much about Celtic History, are these things that really and exist and I need to research or are they something I can make up?

They don't have to be real Celtic objects currently in museums (like the Book of Kells), but they can be if you want to do the research on a particular object. You can make something up, as long as you give it attributes of celtic art/design. You could also make up a celtic name for an original object if a character can identify it. (For example, The Sword of Queen Mabh - the Warrior Queen)

I am glad I am not the only one who know little about Celtic Artifacts. I have been searching the net and have found very little that I would like to use, but I will come up with something.smile.gif

I decided to be lazy and kill two birds with one stone. My shillelagh is my "Celtic artifact." Aw, thanks McGon's Cat!

Great Post, Pez!

It sounds as though it could have come straight from one of the books!

blush2.gif Thanks, Cat!

I was going to keep this secret, but the 'original spell' that Hermione uses is supposed to be a special celtic 'password' kind of thing.

In English, it basically means "May the blessings of the little people allow us to pass this threshold."

... or something like that.

Thanks blush2.gif

I just read the other two entries. They are sooo good! Great job both of you. Wow.

Zym- I loved all of the great long alliterations, I still can't think of anything more than three words long, and even most of those don't make any sense so I have to scrap them.

Evlpez- Who was in the chamber? I'm on the edge of my seat. Was it just the basilisk? Who bred it? I MUST KNOW!!! Well, I guess that's the sign of a good story, it leaves you wanting more.

Wow!!! Great subs, Zym, Rons & Cat!
Zym - Death Eaters! The Chamber would be a clever place to work from, wouldn't it?
Rons - GREAT use of Morrigan and Faeries!
Cat - That water had me nervous. Well done!

QUOTE
Evlpez- Who was in the chamber?

I don't know tongue.gif , but there was certainly a person and at least one snake of some kind down there with them.

McG's Cat! Great stuff! Was it Nessie, huh huh huh? The monster that pushed them up? I like Nessie, she's cool.
