What you posted, HarryRiddle, is really good research, but not what the challenge is asking for. The challenge wants you to write the backstory (what you think caused) soime character to have a change of heart/mind in the real story. Read both of the examples Dancing Pony posted. They show the characters coming to a realization that could have motivated them to take the course of action they proceeded on in the series.
