In the fourth book of Harry Potter, last chapter, Harry curses Malfoy, Goyle and Crabbe with the Furnunculus Curse, at the same time George hits them with Jelly Legs. The affect was that Malfoy, Goyle and Crabbe sprouted tentacles all over their faces.
