There is a huge kerfuffle going on right now concerning Pottermore. It seems "the powers that be" at Pottermore decided on a revamp, only put notices up where not many frequented like the Pottermore area of FaceBook, far too many fans were unaware of these notices, and then Pottermore was completely changed. A lot was lost. There are tons of fans who are madder than wet hornets. The "new" Pottermore, while it has pretty visuals, has gone from unique to pretty average.

There is heavy emphasis on reading articles after building a huge following of gamers. Plus it is difficult to navigate to what you want. (If you read an article on one day, you may not be able to access it again wihtout going through seriously too much time of searching and clicking, if you can bump into it at all. The search feature is weak. A lot of the things you might want to find are named somewhat non-intuitively, so the search doesn't go where you intended.). They claim it will get better, but there are a LOT of angry fans who may not wait. Some are even losing enthusiasm for anything Potter, including the upcoming Fantastic Beasts series.
