McGonagall's Cat: There seems to have been a confusion, I thought I'd let you know. I didn't know you have send the final draft Monday night. Therefore, I had been waiting for an answer since 9am Tuesday. I waited 4 hours for a *PM*, not a mail, and you weren't online so I coulnd't ask you - I figured the final draft wasn't ready. Then I had to go to class and, Tuesday is my busiest day, I arrived to my home at 9pm. MY 9pm = your 6pm. There, I found you, but I found no PM again. And I was half way to a PM asking if you had received my last PM when it dawned on me... you could say it was detective work for me to figure out you had mailed me with it: I remembered you asking for my mail, but I didn't think you would use it to do anything more than send me a quick notice. Anyway, my PC (and I'm figuring out this was my problem only) wouldn't show hotmail.com for some reason. I went to a cybercafe a couple of blocks from my home to check and indeed there it was a mail with the corrections! I had to re-send it to my mail in yahoo.com to open it and by the time I arrived home it was late in the night, like 10:30.
When I was in the cybercafé I DID see you were online, and get to PM you something quickly (about the mail thing). What I was trying to say to you is that, even if you had mailed it to me the night before, I had just received it.
Therefore my sub was ready by 11pm. This was when I "couldn't find you".
I realized all this while replaying the PMs in my head last night. I think this might have been a confusion or a bad-comunication problem. AND we crossed ways too much, you being online when I wasn't. You know my situation so you know why I was touchy at the time.
Also, I did use your last corrections, but you didn't hilight them and I couldn't find them easily -and I wanted to be sure what I was posting. Plus, my other sub had the [X] [/X] which made it easier to post. I did a quick check at the draft you gave and the one I had with the [X] and I tried to add most of them in the old draft. I was running out of time to ask you anything else and I was pretty confident in what I have send to you the last time, so I prefered to leave it like that. It was a matter of time and sleepiness. Anyway, I must go now, but I thought I'd say that.
