Zy: There is no Hogwarts preschool that I know of. The small child's name is Harold and he comes from a children's story called Harold and the Magnificnet Purple Crayon, or something to that effect. It is a wonderful story and will bring a tear to the eyes of all. Er...maybe not, but it's a lot of fun.
