A really cold shower will do wonders were caffein fears to tread. Or... in your case, where people fear to tread to caffein. Actually, I've given up coffee until Eastor, in a vain attempt to prove I have the moral fiber and mental agility to resist, so I feel the need to keep awake just as much as you do. Herb tea is a good placebo, particularly is you sugar it enough.
