hey everybody, here's what I understand:

you can vote for everyone once a day

you must have an account to vote

More specificly you can't get to the page where you do vote unless you have an account (which is where you are directed once you've made one) The page everyone links to is where you can set up you account. Some people's computers do have a problem with the site (since HP.com is very intense) and I don't yet know what to do about that
