Azgard found an icon!

Mission: Your character is the Minister of Magic.

After that embarrassment at the World Cup right in front of those Bulgarians, he is looking to up his image. What better way than to go in and make sure the Hogwarts champion wins the tournament? He really wants to be sure that everything runs smoothly.
Show how he completely misses every indication of untoward activity, and only sees what he wants to see.
Include a conversation between him and Dumbledore.

Required Objects:
A pink folder,
Seven tawny owls,
A foreign dignitary.
