The Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures
has sent us an owl concerning their workload. Apparently, the London chapter of "Friends of Faeries and Other Magical Folk" (FFOM) have decided to throw an inter-species pre-solstice celebration this Friday. Someone from FFOM prematurely released 2003 Winter Sprites in downtown London this morning, and the Department won't be able to spare a representative to award a prize this Friday.

(Which is pretty darn lucky, since we haven't had any entries yet.)

Round 4 submissions for the Yule Duel will therefore be accepted until noon Central on Saturday, December 20th.
Polls for both Round 4 and the Grand Prize will be opened at that time and the winners declared at Noon Monday December 22.
